Kindly make sure the correct ticket number received after booking is entered in the form above. Above form is for a single attendee only. In case of multiple attendees, kindly fill the above form for each attendee separately. The complimentary gift will be handed over at the event location on 8 October 2023. Cannot be exchanged for cash or returned to stores after the event. Does not include travel and transfer costs. Ticket price to be paid by the attendee.
